From 2013, Emscher Park (in Germany) will host an ecological building completely made of reclaimed wood and designed in 2010 by the Dutch art group "Observatorium" when the Ruhr, Germany, was European Capital of Culture.
Named "Warten auf den Fluss" (trans. Waiting for the River), this creation includes several benches, hotel rooms and picnic areas, and will be located on the Emscher canal in which water will flow again.
